On the right of this bar, there's a grey button "Free download". Click on the button and wait 5 minutes for the bar to fill up. When the button becomes green and displays "Download now", you can click and download. The problem is that you need to wait an insane amount of time to be allowed to download again. Luckily the 3 parts of every episode are exactly the same for Megaupload and Rapidshare. Therefore it's enough to download only the missing part from Rapidshare and mix it with the other downloaded files from Megaupload.
